Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a challenging role in our organization. As a MarTech CE-PowerApps Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable solutions, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data-driven business practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and resolve integration and synchronization issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo.
  2. Design and build scalable solutions, including workflows, custom plugins, and Power Automate flows, to manage lead, contact, and email status data flows.
  3. Support the development and testing of email invalid/bounce handling solutions within CE.
  4. Ensure timely updates of key fields to enable marketing campaign execution, segmentation, and journey activation.
  5. Conduct data validation, mapping verification, and contribute to data governance across integrated systems.
  6. Create and manage test records and use cases to support integration testing and troubleshoot edge cases.
  7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of CE configurations, workflows, and integration logic.
Requirements
  1. Strong hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including PowerApps, custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate.
  2. Proven experience integrating CE with external platforms, especially marketing automation tools like Marketo.
  3. Proficient in SQL for data validation, integration troubleshooting, and system debugging.
  4. Solid understanding of marketing lifecycle data, including lead/contact status and email engagement tracking.
  5. Familiarity with email deliverability, suppression handling, and implications for data quality.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
  7. Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
