Job Title: IT Asset Management Specialist

Are you an experienced IT asset management professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled ITAM specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement IT Asset Management Processes: Develop and implement end-to-end IT asset management processes for both hardware and software assets.
  • Lead Software Asset Management Lifecycle: Oversee the entire software asset management lifecycle, including license management, compliance audits, procurement, renewals, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, finance, security, and IT operations teams to ensure cost optimization and compliance.
  • Perform Software Discovery and Reconciliation: Conduct software discovery, reconciliation, and compliance checks across multiple publishers.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement within ITAM/SAM practice and develop strategies to optimize processes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all ITAM/SAM activities are in line with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • IT Asset Management Experience: Proven experience in IT asset management and software asset management tools such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti.
  • License Models Understanding: Solid understanding of license models, including perpetual, subscription, cloud/SaaS, BYOL, and enterprise agreements.
  • Software License Optimization: Hands-on experience in software license optimization, audits, and compliance management.
  • Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management: Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, disposal, and refresh.
  • ITIL Processes Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly ITAM/SAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow reports.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
