AI Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Consultant. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with various groups within our organization, ensuring delivery of business requirements in line with current initiatives.

The successful candidate will need to understand and articulate the differences between various financial products and their related operational processes and technologies. They will also need to have an appreciation of the wider regulatory landscape and define, identify and deliver strategic solutions for controls, risk management and problem resolution.

• Technical Business Analyst capabilities
• Liaison between Business and Technical areas
• Review and refine Functions Solution Document
• Candidate should have good BA skills - worked on either Agile/Waterfall methodology, worked on requirement gathering and understand the entire lifecycle of the project
• Candidate should have decent Lease and Landing market knowledge, aware about different products
• Coordinate internal resources and liaise with third parties/vendors to support development, testing, change management and releases, as well as raising and tracking issues
• Support business teams in the definition of business requirements and translate these into more detailed technical requirements for use by the technology teams where required
• Help co-ordinate the technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
• Support the data and systems analysis activities within the project, identifying the business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate the running workshops and data supplier engagement
• Formalize the results of data and systems analysis into structured documentation and obtain approval from the key stakeholders
• Form strong business relationships with data suppliers

• Good Communication
• Experience of working on Data mining / Data lineage / Data library management etc.
• Good understanding of financial products
• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle
• Good command over project documents - BRD, FSD, Test documents, RAID etc.

• Experience in Investment banking would be strongly preferred
• Experience in data mining/data library is highly desirable
• Knowledge of financial products used in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of project management and change management principles
• Knowledge of MS suite of products including Power point, Share point etc.
