We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in professional US tax management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of tax returns, including 1065, 1120s and 1120 forms
  • Supervision of tax preparation teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in professional US tax experience
  • Proficient in tax software and technology
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
