Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Architect to join our founding leadership team in Mumbai. As a key member of our India studio, you will be responsible for driving and managing the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organisation, and client coordination, while ensuring delivery to our global quality standards.

You will be part of a dynamic team that combines technical depth, creative innovation, and global collaboration to deliver design excellence worldwide.

About the Role
  • Job Title: Senior Project Architect
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Years of Experience: 8-12 years in architectural practice
  • Designation: Senior Project Architect

You will be responsible for leading the design team and client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes, and undertaking the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the project design programme.

Additionally, you will communicate resource needs to account managers and associates, be responsible for creating, updating, and managing all project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software.

Maintaining the project quality control system, monitoring the financial performance, and reporting back to account managers or responsible associates are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
