We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of specification and quality standards, construction methodology, and techniques.
  • Plan and manage quality management systems, including implementation of quality policies and control monitoring.
  • Conduct site checks and controls as per approved method statements, checklists, and specifications.
  • Review third-party quality management plans and strategies.
  • Identify discrepancies and incompleteness in specifications, line items, and work performance.
  • Anticipate and identify main risks and associated risk mitigation.
  • Communicate effectively with project members to gather data and convert it into information and reports.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly quality reports, dashboards, and client instructions.
  • Manage team members to fulfill objectives and delegate tasks.
  • Perform quality audit work as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with project management and quality management certification).
  • 15 years of experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of project quality management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills.
