">We are looking for a Private Equity Fund Researcher to join our team at Acuity Knowledge Partners. As a key member of our Private Equity practice, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing PE funds, capturing fund valuation data, and tracking operational KPIs.
">About the Role

- Research and analyze PE fund performance by reviewing quarterly/financial reports and capturing fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, gross/net IRR, and financial KPIs like revenue, EBITDA, and net debt.">
- Track the performance of operational KPIs on a quarterly basis and lead a team of 2-3 analysts and associates.">
- Create/update fund track records, reconcile data using cash flow notices, and prepare initial reviews or memorandums for new PE fund/co-investment opportunities.">
Key Responsibilities

- Capture ESG information provided by portfolio companies to capture ESG reporting.">
- Manage the client library task such as portfolio company details, fund financial statements, and capital notices.">
- Reconcile the portfolio level operational data including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage.">
Requirements

- A strong background in private equity, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.">
- Excellent analytical, communication (written/verbal), and client engagement skills.">
