Job Summary:
The Private Equity Fund Controller will play a critical role in safeguarding the firm's assets and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity funds and experience working with financial statements and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fund administrators and auditors.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management and IMD.
Requirements:
- CA with 8-11 years of experience in private funds or alternative investments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS.
- Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms.
