Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented content developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality training datasets for AI models that improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.

  • Create datasets that enhance AI model performance
  • Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values
  • Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate datasets

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
Responsibilities and Skills:
