Job Description

As a skilled web development professional, you will design, code, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that are optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites from the ground up, ensuring fast loading times and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and others as needed.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in web development with a strong portfolio of websites.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, image optimization).
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.
Collaboration with Designers & Marketing Teams

You will work closely with our design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites, and collaborate with our marketing team to optimize website designs for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.

Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Regular website maintenance is crucial to ensure timely updates and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will debug and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility.

Performance Optimization

Focus on website performance optimization, ensuring that websites load quickly and are optimized for search engines.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough testing of websites across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality and aesthetics.

Client-Focused Solutions

Translate client requirements and ideas into effective web solutions, offering suggestions and improvements.
