This role will be responsible for implementing training modules and imparting training to our sales team members, including Market growth representatives and Sales Team Leaders, as per the training calendar.
Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs to enhance skill index of the zone and ensure execution-based market working.
- Maintain process adherence for Recruitment and Certification of Market growth representatives for general trade, key accounts, and rural markets.
- Report capability scores and related data, as well as skill level tracker, in specified format to Corporate; monitor Red Trackers/On the Job trainings and Permanent Journey Plan schedules by sales team to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Capability Development/Sales Training
- In-depth knowledge of Sales & Development, preferably in an FMCG Industry
Benefits:
- Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd offers a competitive salary package to its employees, including a basic salary of ₹600000 - ₹900000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
