At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations. As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes that meet regulatory requirements and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
  • Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and analytical skills.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
