Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization of large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical workshops and develop solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and devise effective technical solutions.
  • Develop conceptual solution architecture using standard and custom applications to produce end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Manage the development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications.
  • Analyze solutions and contribute to the development of proposals and statements of work.
  • Transform customer requirements into technical solutions through a thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of tools.
  • Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements at key prospects.
  • Provide input to the development team regarding methodology and tools.
  • Coach and mentor other team members as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Aras PLM Innovator performing configuration and customization, integrations at the enterprise level.
  • A thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results concurrently.
  • Strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
  • Proficiency with web programming languages such as C# (.NET), JS, HTML, XML, XSL.
  • Good experience with Web API Services: REST and SOAP.
  • Experience with data migration techniques from legacy systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly valued:

  • ARAS Innovator certification or related training.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or electronics.
