Job Description

The Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Digital Data & Analytics (D&A) unit, providing actionable insights to internal and external business partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, improve health outcomes, and enhance financial security.

As a key member of the D&A team, you will work closely with internal customers and business partners to define, develop, and analyze Business Intelligence requirements and deliverables. Your expertise will enable fact-based decisions for the business, while your analytical skills will help identify common gaps or challenges across different verticals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and flexible individual who can thrive in a highly matrixed environment. You will work independently with limited direction, collaborating with stakeholders from various business areas to prioritize business needs based on conversations.

  • Develop and analyze business intelligence needs with internal Evernorth customers and Business partners.
  • Conduct requirement discussion sessions with stakeholders to identify common gaps or challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Business or Master's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Total 5-8 years of experience with 5+ years of professional experience in SQL.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in building visualizations, dashboards, and reports using BI Tools.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
