Business Analytics Advisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Advisor to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate will have 11-13 years of relevant analytics experience and be proficient in using Databricks, SQL, Python libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy), and statistical analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and automation to ensure high-quality datasets and efficient reporting.
  • Perform statistical tests including k-means, OLS, MLS regressions, and logistic regressions to analyze business trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and plan projects and analysis topics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership, leveraging expertise in health insurance contact center operations and proficiency in Business Intelligence Software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather business insights through various methods such as shadowing, interviews, surveys, or reading reports.
  • Maintain internal and external communication channels, ensuring clear and concise messaging to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 11-13 years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Experience as a Business Analytics Advisor is highly valued.
  • Expertise in health insurance contact center operations.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
