Senior DFT Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior DFT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital full-chip design for test (DFT) and experience with Synopsys EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust DFT architectures and scan chains
  • Develop and automate flows and scripts in Perl/Tcl to enhance DFT methodologies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tape-outs of SoC/ASIC chips at 3nm or below
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in DFT implementation, scan, compression, ATPG, and simulations
  • Proven track record of achieving test targets and participating in successful tape-outs
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Cadence tools and MBIST
