Technical Lead - Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical leader with a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, development tooling, and team management to join our Quality Assurance team.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement scalable test automation strategies to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design APIs that prioritize automation from the start.
  • Partner with the Head of Quality Engineering to define quality goals, expand test coverage, and focus on automation-first strategy.
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation test suites for iOS, Android, and web platforms using tools such as Appium, Playwright, or native frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience building tools for developer experience, productivity, test automation infrastructure, and frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineers, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Proven success in managing automation for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
