Medical Evidence Generation Team Lead

Bristol Myers Squibb is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, and we're seeking an experienced team lead to join our Medical Evidence Generation team.
As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, quality assurance, coaching, and cross-functional leadership to drive success.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in analytics roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in project management tools, methodologies, and portfolio analytics.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to articulate value propositions, challenge assumptions, balance trade-offs, and manage demand in a matrix environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
In this role, you'll oversee a team of Data Analysts 1, 2, and 3, ensuring project completion on time and within budget while implementing quality control processes.
Key responsibilities include project management, quality assurance, coaching and career development, cross-functional leadership, and strategic decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a history of mentoring and developing teams, and strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
