Job Description:

As a seasoned NLP Research Engineer, you will spearhead proof-of-concept development and implement cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) architectures for healthcare and oncology text.

You will be responsible for driving model development, prototyping, and experimental evaluations on clinical-text tasks. Your primary objective is to create scalable prototypes that demonstrate clear performance gains.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in model development and prototyping, strong Python skills, and deep familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have proficiency in working with NLP frameworks, deep learning libraries, and common data preprocessing techniques.

We are looking for an expert in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and fine-tuning for domain-specific tasks.

Familiarity with building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning using LoRA and SFT methods are a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in model development and prototyping.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Deep familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in working with NLP frameworks and deep learning libraries.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and fine-tuning for domain-specific tasks.
