Job Title: SAP Vistex Rebat Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Ensure Vistex solutions integrate smoothly with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Provide expert guidance and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Develop blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Offer end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience

Vistex Proficiency: We have in-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.
  • Business Understanding: A solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
  • Technical Skills: Perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
