About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in CRO and digital analytics to drive meaningful results for our clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver end-to-end CRO solutions that integrate qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and heuristic evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive CRO roadmaps tailored to client business goals.
  • Support the creation of end-to-end CRO solutions, integrating qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and heuristic evaluation.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client website performance and customer journey optimization, focusing on measurable KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the solutioning and delivery of CRO projects.
  • Partner with analytics and UX teams to align CRO strategies with broader digital marketing goals.

Operational Deliverables:

  • Lead qualitative research activities, such as usability testing, surveys, and customer interviews, to derive actionable insights.
  • Drive quantitative analysis by setting up and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to measure the effectiveness of proposed changes.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations and competitive analysis to identify friction points and improvement opportunities across digital assets.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and analysts to ensure seamless implementation of CRO recommendations.
  • Create frameworks and templates to standardize CRO solutions across client projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Regularly review and optimize implemented solutions based on performance metrics and client feedback.

People Development:

  • Mentor and train junior team members in CRO methodologies and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of CRO projects.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, UX design, or digital analytics roles.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
  • Solid experience conducting user research and qualitative analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying heuristic principles to evaluate user interfaces.
  • Experience in presenting strategies and insights to clients or leadership teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and its interplay with CRO.
  • Expertise in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations.
