About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Business Operations Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA in India.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Jira. A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative, project support, or PMO-related role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Portfolio Manager and Project team.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project initiation plans, reports, and budgets.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate where necessary.
  • Support the creation of presentations and status reports for stakeholders, management, and project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to track and analyze data related to project performance, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Team collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
