We are seeking a visionary Chief Artificial Intelligence Innovation Officer to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive innovation within the organization.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of AI engineers, overseeing the development and deployment of AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Research and Development: Drive research and development initiatives to explore new AI techniques, algorithms, and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Architecture and Design: Design scalable and efficient AI architectures and frameworks, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.
  • Testing and Validation: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, robustness, and safety of AI models and applications.
  • Partnerships and Communication: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and the broader organization.
  • Representation: Represent the AI team in meetings, presentations, and conferences, advocating for the value of AI and promoting a culture of excellence.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading AI or machine learning teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++; familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
  • Contributions to the AI community, such as publications, open-source projects, or participation in conferences and workshops.
