Job Title: SAP SD OTC Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP SD OTC processes across various domains. This includes managing end-to-end order-to-cash cycles, implementing fashion-specific functionalities in SAP FMS, and integrating SAP with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Implement and optimize fashion-specific functionalities such as seasonality, stock segmentation, matrix articles, and allocation strategies in SAP FMS.
  • Configure and support SAP Retail processes including article master, pricing/promotions, store operations, and procurement.
  • Integrate SAP with e-commerce platforms for real-time data exchange across inventory, orders, and customer data.
  • Analyze business needs and recommend SAP best practices and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and ECOM modules.
  • Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes and fashion/retail-specific workflows.
  • Strong expertise in article master, pricing, stock segmentation, allocation, and store replenishment.
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP with front-end e-commerce platforms.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and integration with logistics and finance modules.
