- Performance Management: Monitor team and individual performance against targets, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on real estate trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Acumen: Apply strong financial understanding to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to sound financial planning.
