Enterprise Data Governance Professional

\

The role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation and administration of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and drive enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

\

This strategic position will be responsible for designing governance frameworks, driving adoption, and enabling trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Lead the implementation and administration of the Collibra platform across the enterprise.\
  • Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).\
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.\
  • Integrate Collibra with various platforms via APIs/connectors.\
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.\
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.\
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.\
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.\

    • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.\
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra, including platform configuration, workflow design, and integrations.\
    • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.\
    • Expertise with Collibra APIs, BPMN, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript).\
    • Familiarity with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica.\
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\
