Executive Search Coordinator Role

We are strengthening our executive search capabilities by seeking an individual to play a pivotal role in senior hiring processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting candidates through their interview process, coordinating availability, booking times with assessors, and preparing briefing documents for interview preparation.
  • Managing tests and assessments, ensuring all candidate documentation is completed efficiently after an offer.
  • Arranging follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintaining a database of top target candidates and providing them with regular updates.
  • Partnering with marketing directors to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date with correct bios and data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
