We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports, and a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to create impactful user experiences.
  2. Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  4. Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create engaging user experiences.
  5. Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
  6. Stay updated with the latest visualization trends and Power BI features to continuously improve design standards.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  3. Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  4. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  5. Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for prototyping BI dashboards.
  2. Knowledge of other BI platforms and visualization techniques.
  3. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Experience working in agile teams with hybrid/remote setups.
