Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Power BI UI/UX Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, data visualization best practices, and Power BI customization. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, applying UI/UX best practices to ensure they are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create effective visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
