  • Collaborate with implementers, clients, client servicing, and project managers to ensure seamless execution and incorporate feedback.
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings, prioritize features, and work with urgency to deliver value to customers.
  • Synergize experience and initiatives with other Implementation Hubs.
  • Manage change control and Project Development plans, ensuring effective planning of implementation timelines and prioritization.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles or related industries.
  • A background in IT-related roles with a focus on customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards.
  • Experience and certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX is a plus).
  • Strong curiosity and interest to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and organizational abilities with a strong focus on solutions.
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficient English language skills and MS Office knowledge.
  • Expertise in database technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience with software engineering practices, ticketing tools like JIRA/Confluence, is welcome.
