Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Market Intelligence:
    • Identify and generate leads across five core sectors (Hospitals, Agriculture, FMCG, Defense, IT & Ecommerce, Infrastructure) for potential investment opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and assess market trends, utilizing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Fundraising & Investment Strategy Development:
    • Develop strategic plans to attract investments from foreign investors, domestic institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Transaction Head to execute fundraising strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Deal Execution & Management:
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of investment deals, from initial contact to final closure, including due diligence, negotiation, and coordination with legal, financial, and regulatory teams.
  • Investor Relations & Communication:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, providing regular updates, reports, and insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and risk assessment, to support investment decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and that they are kept informed of all relevant developments.
  • Strategic Planning & Decision-Making Support:
    • Assist the CEO in strategic planning and decision-making by providing insights and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and potential investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the investment sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
