Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Immigration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of US immigration laws and procedures, as well as hands-on experience with USCIS and Department of Labor processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and submitting petitions and applications to USCIS and DOL for non-immigrant and immigrant statuses. Additionally, they will manage USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), coordinating documentation and follow-ups, and review visa petitions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A thorough understanding of complex contractual language and client requirements is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: A positive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is required.
  • Target-Driven Performance: The ability to work quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment is necessary.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience handling a team and interacting with clients is mandatory.
