Executive Assistant Role

This dynamic role involves centralising the CEO's time and focus towards top priorities. Beyond managing calendars, meetings, and logistics, this position entails engaging with senior stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills.

The Executive Assistant will exercise critical judgment in deciding how to allocate the CEO's time, anticipating needs, solving problems under ambiguity, and adapting quickly when things don't go as planned.

To be successful in this fast-paced environment, one must demonstrate flawless execution, proactive thinking, resilience, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex schedules, manage meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the creation of presentations as needed.
  • Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations.
