Job Title: Sailpoint Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sailpoint expert to join our team. As a Sailpoint engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions for provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner‐Mover‐Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven, Ant) to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Connector Development: Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud services like AWS, Azure), APIs (REST/SOAP), and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth).
  • Code Authoring: Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Environment Monitoring: Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Identity & Access Management Experience: 4+ years in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • CI/CD and DevOps Experience: Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Scripting and Development Skills: Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • IAM Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Financial Services Experience: Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Implementation Professional).
