Job Title: Data Associate Specialist

\

This is a critical role in the field of clinical data management. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure accurate and compliant data handling for clinical trials.

\

As a Data Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying clinical data from Case Report Forms (CRFs) into study databases following established guidelines.

\

You will also perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

\

Furthermore, you will assist in database testing, documentation preparation, and processing of clinical data for multiple projects.

\

In addition, you will support User Access Management for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and maintain related documentation.

\

Collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring timely delivery of data management tasks.

\

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to maintaining high-quality standards are essential skills required for this role.

\

Lastly, you will perform medical coding activities and other assigned tasks to support study completion.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and verify clinical data from CRFs.
  • Perform quality control checks.
  • Assist in database testing and documentation preparation.
  • Support User Access Management for EDC systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Perform medical coding activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\

Qualified individuals should have a background in life sciences or a related field. PC skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word, are necessary for this role.

\

Basic knowledge of Clinical Data Management and analytical skills are also required.

\

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams.

\

Basic knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, including regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs, is also required.
