Job Summary:

The Senior Lead oversees the lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application ownership: Oversee the lifecycle of HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal applications.
  • Ensure optimal performance of platforms like Darwinbox and SAP Treasury.
  • Support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms AZURE and AWS.
  • Knowledge of AI & Agentic AI application use cases.
  • Evaluate and develop new applications.
  • Regulatory compliance: Liaise with external regulators and ensure adherence to data protection standards.
  • Project management: Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
  • Incident resolution: Resolve application-related incidents and adhere to internal ITIL processes.
  • Vendor and budget management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
