Job Summary:

As a skilled AI Developer, you will design and develop innovative AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Implement AI/ML models for transcription, summarization, classification, text generation, chat agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Work with ETL pipelines to normalize and preprocess data/files.
  • Utilize Hugging Face, Transformers, and Ollama for model fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Integrate and optimize models with Azure and AWS AI services.
  • Develop and manage APIs and pipelines for AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with Linux CLI for development and deployment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Hugging Face, Transformers, and Ollama.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data normalization.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Services and AWS AI Services.
  • Strong understanding of NLP tasks like transcription, summarization, classification, and generative AI.
