Job Opportunity:

We seek a strategic AI/ML Lead with expertise in Generative AI to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will excel at technical leadership, driving the creation of production-ready Gen AI systems that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver AI/ML models and Gen AI solutions, driving initiatives from prototyping to production
  • Set technical direction, guide team members, and serve as the lead architect for AI/ML project pipelines, ensuring rigorous implementation and up-to-date practices
  • End-to-end product architecture, design, development, and deployment
  • Develop and implement Gen AI models such as LLMs for text generation, image processing, voice, video, conversation AI for real-world applications
  • Set technical strategy and mentor team members

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of AI/ML experience with significant Gen AI projects
  • Mastery of Python or similar language, expertise in ML/Gen AI frameworks, and proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models for text, vision, or speech
  • Product architect, design, and development experience
  • Demonstrated experience building Gen AI products with LLMs, model fine-tuning, and API integration
  • Proven capacity to guide teams, set technical strategy, and mentor junior engineers and scientists
  • Strong hands-on coding, communication, and problem-solving skills
