Job Title: Portfolio Relationship Manager-Working Capital-Sales

Job Description

This is an internal document detailing the responsibilities and expectations for a portfolio relationship manager in the working capital-sales department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and servicing existing portfolios of clients, with a focus on renewals and limit enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers. A solid understanding of business models, target segments, and cash flows is essential for structuring working capital solutions that meet customer needs.

The role requires attention to detail, ensuring timely renewal of limits, closure of pending PDD's, and tracking stock statements, insurance, and audit compliance. Frequent client visits are necessary to stay connected and ensure growth and functionality of business models.

Maintaining optimum portfolio hygiene involves routing client churn through KMBL and closing other credit agreements. Pushing clients for optimum utilization and monitoring transaction patterns helps identify unusual activity. The goal is to minimize delinquency and exit clients identified in EWS.

You will serve as the face for WC solutions, providing timely advice and keeping clients updated on latest developments. Liaising with internal departments ensures prompt resolution of client issues within minimum turnaround times.

Cross-selling products and booking penetration in allocated clients generates leads from existing customers and onboard new ones based on established relationships. Maintaining CASA books and generating float income by opening group accounts is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferably MBA/CA
  • 2-3 years experience in the local market preferably some background in Credit & Sales Knowledge
  • Strong oral and written Communication
  • Relationship Management Skill
  • Good influencing skills
