We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team.
This is a key position that requires strong leadership and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category plans that meet business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement category strategies
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform category decisions
- Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of category initiatives
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in category management or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Foodtech with Brand Management/NPD roles
- Degree from a premium business school
- Proven track record of driving business growth through category management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
