Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Twitter (X.com) and Telegram presence, developing and executing effective campaigns that scale followers, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive Twitter growth strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  2. Manage and optimize Twitter/X and Telegram communities across various projects, focusing on Web3/crypto initiatives.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, traders, and community leaders to foster collaboration and drive growth.
  4. Develop high-impact content, including tweets, threads, memes, and viral campaigns aligned with Web3 culture and values.
  5. Moderate online chats, onboard new users, answer frequently asked questions, and maintain a strong brand presence on Telegram.
  6. Drive engagement through contests, shilling campaigns, and AMAs on both platforms, ensuring seamless cross-platform amplification.
  7. Integrate and manage Telegram bots, leveraging crypto APIs to deliver enhanced user experiences.
  8. Promote token launches, meme coins, DeFi products, and communities, fostering a robust ecosystem of innovative Web3 solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing successful Twitter/X and Telegram communities within the Web3/crypto space.
  • Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, raids, hype cycles, CT influencers, and community psychology.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and technical knowledge of Telegram bot development or ability to manage bot platforms.
  • Familiarity with crypto APIs and integrations.
  • A network of influential connections within the crypto space is highly desirable.
