This role is responsible for leading the operations, reliability engineering and automation of on-premises and cloud integration platforms. The Associate Director will drive scalability, observability, and compliance while enabling digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the integration platform operations and SRE roadmap aligned with pharma-specific business processes and data modernization goals
  • Partner with enterprise architects, compliance leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and GxP-compliant integration services
  • Oversee operations of integration platforms, including Alytex, SFTP, IBM App Connect, Azure Integration Services, and AWS AppFlow
