Job Opportunity: SAP SF Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global IT Team as a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for resolving complex change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents & Change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Configure and integrate global issues
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide support for uploads of Master Data Files and other objects
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules: OM, PA, Time & Payroll

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Implementation or Support experience in at least 2 or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:
    • Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
    • Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences)
    • Payroll (India)
    • Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
    • Compensation
  • Experience or Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge in Integrations within SuccessFactors and with SAP, other 3rd party systems
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
