Data Scientist Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced and talented professional to lead our data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, programming skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models and ensure their scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms for large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business operations.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Python programming language and popular machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with containerization (Docker).
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in leading data science initiatives.
