Our organization seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of our generative AI models.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning pipelines, as well as experience with cloud-based ecosystems, particularly AWS ML services. They should also be familiar with relevant software engineering principles and best practices for building maintainable solutions.Key responsibilities include:
  1. Fine-tuning pre-trained language models for specific tasks and domains, leveraging deep understanding of machine learning concepts.
  2. Conducting research on new techniques to improve model performance and capabilities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Developing and deploying proof-of-concept generative AI systems, accelerating innovation and reducing time-to-market.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data science or related fields, with expertise in building data pipelines and deploying models in production.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, and experience with Git, Docker, and Linux.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML services, and exposure to ML frameworks and tools are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
