  2. Min. 6 years experience in the hospitality industry with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  3. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations and working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
  5. Fluency in English and local language is a MUST.
