Lead Structural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative structural solutions for various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with 5+ years of experience in designing buildings and other structures. A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a keen eye for detail are required.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews. You will also be responsible for implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs to ensure high-quality deliverables. Proficiency in software such as ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel is necessary for success in this role.

In addition to the above-mentioned skills, we are looking for candidates with hands-on experience and proficiency in various software tools, including:

  • ETABS
  • SAFE
  • Revit
  • CAD
  • Macros/VBA in Excel

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings
  • Structural design license
