Job Title: Data Modeler

As a seasoned data modeler, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data architecture. Your expertise in creating logical and physical data models will drive business growth by optimizing database and data warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level data models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models using industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to synchronize data models across multiple projects, adhering to Enterprise Architecture principles.
  • Establish and enforce naming conventions, data definitions, ownership, documentation, procedures, and techniques.
  • Minimize duplication of efforts by reusing data models across different business requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Software Engineering; or 10 years with a Master's degree in Computer or Software Engineering.
  • Demonstrated strength in examining issues, driving resolution, and influencing effectively across the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to explain complex concepts to business leaders.
  • 3+ years of leading data engineering teams in Consumer/Healthcare Goods companies with excellent understanding of business domains within the industry.
