Network Support Specialist Opportunity

A Key Role in Enterprise Connectivity

About the Job:

You will be part of a global team that provides critical remote support to consultants and local IT teams in various locations. This role is crucial for the successful deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with potential for expansion across multiple countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert assistance to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate end-to-end on router configuration (from unboxing to deployment).
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Deliver step-by-step guidance to users during live troubleshooting sessions.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate issues to global IT teams when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with ability to effectively guide consultants and IT staff.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to multi-country IT support rollouts.
