Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Specialist

This is a job opening for an experienced IT professional who will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various network devices and services. As a key member of our organization's IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, security devices, load balancers, and other related technologies. In-depth knowledge of core routing and switching protocols (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6), DNS, DHCP, SNMP, VLAN, VPN, MPLS, and industry-standard devices such as Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper is highly desirable.

A good communicator with a strong understanding of ITIL principles, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our network architects to optimize our network architecture and ensure seamless integration with partner networks. Additionally, this position requires the ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues related to connectivity, coverage, and authentication.
